Building A Community

When you purchase a new home in Harper's Preserve, a Community Enhancement Fee of 0.5% of the gross purchase price of your home goes to the Harper's Preserve Property Owner's Association, Inc. (the "Council"). As the community develops, such reserves will allow the Council to move forward with its mission. The Council's mission is to regulate and manage the community in a manner that generates, preserves, and enhances a true sense of "community" through the creation and sponsorship of programs, activities, and services to facilitate:

  • Interaction, inclusiveness, involvement, community pride and responsibility, and

  • The sharing of ideas, common interests, and resources in order to enhance the lifestyle within and contribute to the betterment of Harper's Preserve and the surrounding community.
